The Strategic Planning Committee (SPC) has been renamed the Strategic Planning Task Force (SPTF) in order to complement our new leadership structure. Last year the SPC served the primary role of supporting our cross-functional teams in the development of Coherent Action recommendations. This year the SPTF will primarily review and develop measures for evaluating the implementation of each of our initiatives and provide feedback to the SLT as it further develops Coherent Actions for specified initiatives.
