The SLT’s review of the recommendations submitted by the 2B cross-functional team dates back to the winter of 2021. At the time, the SLT designated these for further development. It has now completed this work.
For the 2B initiative, the SLT approved one recommendation from the 2B cross-functional team, amended and approved a second one, referred three to teams implementing other initiatives, and added four recommendations of its own. For some of the approved recommendations implementation is already underway.
