The SLT prepares to implement a Records Retention Policy in Jan ’22

As part of the 3D. Internal and External Interfaces initiative, the SLT has finalized a Records Retention Policy. This policy does not replace an existing one; rather, it establishes our first such policy. 

We recognize that fulfilling the requirements of this policy will involve a multi-year effort by our division heads and department managers.  So, without any further delay, we will roll it out in January. Following a general introduction of the policy at an all-employee meeting, division heads and department managers will begin reviewing the policy and organizing their initial audit. We will certainly identify ways to improve this policy as we gain experience implementing it. Your feedback for this purpose will be most welcome.
